5. Welfare First
Horse welfare is central to Arion.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- Their horse's care.
- Training decisions.
- Riding activities.
- Health management.
- Competition decisions.
If your horse shows signs of pain, illness, injury or distress, discontinue training and seek professional advice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including:
- Videos
- Images
- Notes
- Ride logs
- Horse profiles
- Training documents
- Audio recordings
You grant Arion a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the services you request.
7. AI Guidance
Arion uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching insights.
- Arion provides informational coaching only.
- Recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence.
- Suggestions may not always be accurate, complete or appropriate.
- Users must exercise independent judgement at all times.
Arion is intended to support learning and reflection. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional and should never override the advice of one.
8. Rider Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for:
- Riding decisions.
- Horse handling.
- Training choices.
- Tack, equipment and its condition.
- Supervision and the environment in which you ride.
- Your own safety and the safety of others around you.
9. Horse Welfare
Horse welfare always takes priority. Arion must not be used to override:
- Veterinary advice.
- Professional coaching.
- Qualified equine professionals (farrier, physiotherapist, saddle fitter, dentist).
- Any welfare obligation you hold as a horse owner or rider.
If your horse shows signs of pain, illness, injury or distress, discontinue training and seek professional advice.
10. Medical Disclaimer
Arion does not provide, and must not be treated as:
- Veterinary advice.
- Medical advice for people or horses.
- Emergency advice.
- Behavioural or clinical diagnosis.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text and platform content remain the property of Arion or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Redistribute
- Sell
- Commercially exploit
any part of the platform without written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful content.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Interfere with platform security.
- Upload malicious software.
- Misuse AI features.
- Use Arion for illegal purposes.
13. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.

Use of Arion is entirely at your own risk.
